ABOUT PRINCETON BLUE Princeton Blue is a trusted leader in process automation for pharmaceutical and biotech clients using Low-code technology to improve business performance in weeks. THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD ROLE The Business Development Lead role at Princeton Blue will be responsible for building a predictable pipeline over time by incorporating modern lead-gen techniques. This includes using all relevant platforms to find the right leads, strategize and execute programs for active relationship building, and convert the lead into a prospect that can be handed over to the Sales Team for closing business. Excellent communication, conversational skills, and the ability to develop content personalized to a contact and platform is a key requirements to be successful in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead Generation Discovering and utilizing all relevant platforms to find leads starting with LinkedIn. Researching accounts and people, identify key players, develop connections, and build an active relationship program to converse with leads and generate interest. Building a predictable pipeline of interested prospects over time. Help set up meetings with prospective attendees at conferences sponsored by Princeton Blue. Set up and run social media ads such as LinkedIn retargeting.

Brand Awareness and Content Writing Working closely with Marketing to improve awareness of the company and its offering. Developing long-form and short-form content as applicable to drive more impressions and engagement. Good command of the English language (especially in written form) as it is used in North America in the context of LinkedIn Posts, blogs, etc.

Account Based Marketing (ABM) Building and executing an ABM program suitable for social media platforms. Discovering the right job roles at target accounts to build a relationship and gain influence.

ROLE PRE-REQUISITES: Excellent conversational and communication skills including the ability to develop content for blogs, social media posts, emails, and more. Strong understanding and experience on driving leads using LinkedIn for a B2B Enterprise Technology company. 4-6 years of experience in a similar role at a B2B Enterprise Technology company, preferably with experience in selling to the Pharma industry primarily in North America. Experience in EMEA and APAC geographies will give you a competitive edge. Demonstrated experience of lead generation in B2B/Enterprise Technology sales. Good personal branding with an understanding of how social media marketing works. A high-level understanding of inbound marketing concepts.
