Job description

Attend the assigned calls as per BSI instruction. Confirm consumer availability before one hour of attending the service. Post the status of the assigned call in the Whats app group along with the required supporting images.
Attend the consumer's/customers' incoming phone calls within 3-5 rings.
Confirm the spares required for each case and ensure they have been issued by BSI. Update the loan book with the required quantity and case numbers. Put the signature on the loan book and ensure that it is signed by BSI.
Refer to Service Guidelines to provide impeccable service delivery to consumers.
Provide professional and appropriate product service to consumers in cost cost-effective manner.
Fill up the Job sheet for every case with the correct details. Put the signature on the job sheet and collect the consumer signature on it. Submit the Techzone copy of the Job sheet to BSI.
