Job Description (Posting). Project Role: Senior Specialist
Project Role Description: Install, Configure and provide technical support of EDR solution, preferably MS Defender ATP.
Work Experience: 4-6 years
Work location: Noida
Must Have Skills: Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE)
Key Responsibilities - Excellent hands-on experience on EDR technologies like MDE, Windows Defender, ATP.
- Lead Day to day Management, operation, and delivery of the EDR technologies.
- Implement project/change and troubleshoot incidents spanning MS Defender ATP.
- Implement project/change and troubleshoot incidents on Anti malware solutions
- Adherence to ITIL service management framework
- Creation of process documentation SOPs
- Document RCA and impact of incidents
Technical Experience - Strong knowledge of Cloud, End point Security, EDR
- Strong experience in UNIX Servers from AV perspective
- Good knowledge of EDR and next gen Anti-virus
- Install, configuration troubleshooting Endpoint/cloud components
- Preparing configuration documents
- Reporting and Client interactions
Professional Attributes - Should be comfortable with 24 7 shift
- Work from office based, currently hybrid model
- Should be able to work independently without any assistance

- To clearly understand the client's cybersecurity environment and respective product. (2.) To monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools (3.) To analyse and validate cybersecurity incidents in-detail and help the L3 team with RCAordata or logs collection (4.) To enable knowledge transferortrainings through creationor maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team. (5.) To analyse and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, participate in cybersecurity review calls pertaining to change requests and recommendations on cybersecurity policy changes. (6.) To implement changes, monitor security device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary. (7.) To prepare analyses and reports to highlight the project progressorchallenges and ensure quality and accuracy to the client
