Introduction

Designation- Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our recruiting services by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to identify and develop business, sales, and growth strategies for the company's products and services working from India., you will be responsible for independently driving timely and high-quality sales pitches for our company.

In addition, BDE will be expected to actively reach out to businesses to sell services and drive them to closure with seamless execution.

Below are the key responsibilities tailored to this position

Roles And Responsibilities.

  • Identify potential clients and brands that align with our service offerings.
  • Utilize various channels including online research, networking events, and referrals to generate leads.
  • Initiate contact with prospects through emails, calls, campaigns, and scheduled meetings to introduce our services.
  • Develop compelling sales pitches about our services and effectively communicate them to key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Utilize persuasive communication techniques to engage prospects and showcase the value proposition of our services.
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients, adhering to company contract guidelines and policies.
  • Close deals in a timely manner to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Provide ongoing support and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Establish and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Odoo or Zoho CRM.
  • Continuously update and track progress through various stages of the sales cycle.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and differentiation.
  • Work closely with senior management and marketing teams to align business development efforts with overall organizational goals.
  • Drive consistent sales growth by acquiring new accounts and positioning our services as essential solutions for clients' needs.

Must-Have Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales.
  • Should have extensive knowledge in recruitment sales and client acquisition.
  • Need experience in technology sales, staffing, consulting services, a strong background in business development, and customer relationships.
  • Need experience closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Should have strong communication skills, articulation, and presentation skills
  • A go-getter, who is hungry to be a part of the fabulous growth story

Good To Have Skills

  • Open to work in a start-up. Experience in sales, marketing and relationship building. Excellent communication, Presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and market trends. Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Prefer candidates with MBA, MCA or relevant education in technology, marketing or sales.
