Senior Officer - Credit Control

Job description

Roles and responsibilities:

Overseeing the collection of customer accounts in a manner that ensures high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Must be able to communicate in an efficient yet friendly manner with customers, as well as the broader accounts receivable team Reconciling complex accounts.

Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO.

Working on Aged Debt report.

Daily aged debt chasing.

Communication with client reconciliations.

Working on Unallocated cash.

To Escalate the non-payment issues at the higher level at client/end client's end.

Note- Though the candidate will be hired at team leading grade, however, will not have the team to report.

Good business acumen for problem solving.

Excellent time management skills.

Ability to prioritize a demanding workload.

The ability to listen to customers and negotiate winning solutions.

Job Location: Mumbai, Noida and Ahmedabad.
