Job description
Roles and responsibilities:
- Help Relationship Managers maintain and grow their clientele. - Analyze and conduct market trends, financial products, and client portfolios. - Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for clients. - In order to guarantee that clients receive services in a timely and accurate manner, collaborate with internal departments. - Serve as a point of contact for customers and internal departments, answering questions and resolving problems quickly. - Contribute to the creation and execution of plans aimed at improving client retention and satisfaction. - Keep abreast of industry regulations, best practices, and compliance requirements. - Work together with Relationship Managers to find opportunities for cross-selling and strengthen client ties. - As needed, take part in conferences, networking events, and client meetings. - Assist Relationship Managers in reaching their revenue and sales targets.Job tags
