Role: Business Analyst Bancassurance Retail Banking
Location: Bangalore
Budget of this role 15 LPA (Max)
Experience Min 13 15 Yrs
- Bachelor s/PG degree in a related field (Location Bangalore)
- Product Lead Insurance Regulatory Submission & Compliances
- 58 years in Product and IRDA regulatory Submission Preferably with banks
- Deep understanding about TPP product (Insurance)
- Exposure to Regulatory ie RBI and IRDA Audit compliance
- Should have worked in such role in his previous assignment.
- Excellent knowledge of Industry Benchmarking and Regulatory aspects
- Proficiency with computers especially bookkeeping or financial software and MS office
- Recon of Fee & Premium
- SP Recon & Register Maintenance.
- Repository & Depositary Maintenance
- Process Development & Writing & Presentation in Committee
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing evaluating developing and implementing new control systems that optimize operations or utilize new technologies.
- Working with companies and government agencies to research and solve problems and develop policies and procedures that comply with current legislation.
- Recording reviewing and interpreting data to determine the effectiveness of operations.
- Researching discrepancies operational problems or other issues
- Examining records reports receipts or other documents and comparing them to company assets and liabilities.
- Bringing company strengths and weaknesses to the attention of management and providing advice as they develop responses or fixes for these issues.
- Generating reports and presenting findings to management or other interested parties.
- Maintaining awareness of current industry trends technology and developments
- Handling additional duties and special projects to ensure the business is operating efficiently and in compliance with all current regulations.

THIS IS TECHNOFUNCTIONAL POSITION. It is individual contributor role. Person will be responsible for managing SDLC of Project and customization of various Banking systems. Must have 5-8 years of Banking domain experience (Fintech if relevant). A self-starter to serve requirement of different business team/user group and liaise with vendor. Key Responsibilities Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist Industry experience is preferred Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modelling) and data mining In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI) Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
