Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team in conducting discovery sessions with customers to understand their requirements and conduct a technical assessment. Master Forsys Product and Solution Offerings to creatively apply those based on the customer problems Understand customer environments and provide recommendations based on our product offerings. Design and customize solutions that align with customer requirements and demonstrate the value of our products/services. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that align with customer needs. Assist the sales team in technical presentations and demonstrations. Provide answers to any product or solution-related questions and concerns during the sales process. Maintain all the different industry based solution environments that need to be used for the customer demonstrations. Work closely with the engineering, product management and solution teams to relay customer feedback and ensure the product roadmap meets market demands. Participate in product development meetings, representing the voice of the customer. Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor strategies. Continuously enhance technical expertise and knowledge of company products.

Specifications:

Strong technical background with an ability to understand and explain complex concepts. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a focus on translating technical details into business value. Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Technical Proficiency: Java or C# or Salesforce knowledge is an advantage. Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
