Job description

Job Title: Employee Relations Partner Location : Office - Bangalore, India Duration: 12-month contract, potentially extendable. Work Arrangement: Hybrid role with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote (local candidates preferred)

Key Requirements: HR background with capabilities in investigations, administrative tasks, data analysis, and collaborating closely with business managers Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a quick grasp of processes Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Highly organized with effective communication skills Dependable and responsible Builds strong relationships across all levels and functions within the organization Proficiency in Gsuite, Docusign, Workday, ServiceNow, and Navex preferred but not mandatory Experience handling sensitive, confidential employee and company information.

Job Description · Educate, coach and guide leaders on our performance management and elevation efforts, while ensuring adherence to our philosophy and values. Provide leaders with advice to elevate performance and capability across their teams and respective organizations. · Triage Employee Relations cases and ensure all employees questions and concerns get addressed · Assist and advise on a wide range of employee relations issues, including manager/employee conflicts or complaints, behavioral and conduct issues. · Manage the employee relations data, case management and file management for ER Partners in region and provide administrative support (such as note taking, data analysis, document preparation) where required · Provide data for quarterly business reviews of case outcomes, trends and data analysis to business partners. · Act as an advocate for equitable and fair treatment; ensure our practices continue to align to our company’s core values: Disrupt. Experience · Employee Relations experience gained in either an HR role or Employee Relations Advisory role, or equivalent/transferable experience operating in a fast paced working environment. · Experience with employment law and effective risk management practices is a plus. · Strong analytical and problem solving skills · Highly organized and strong communication skills · Dependable and accountable · Ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions within the organization. · Effective listener and persuasive communicator able to influence actions and outcome. · Comfortable operating in Gsuite, Docusign, Workday, ServiceNow and Navex a plus · Experience managing sensitive confidential employee and company information. Education · BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
