Job Title Sales Administrator (Manage Online Order, Delivery notes, Checking the accuracy of orders, and issuing invoices)

Job Location - Greater Noida

Position Officer

Work field Sales Administrator

Job Purpose

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and

alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Manage ecommerce sales orders from the process of receiving order

from the seller/customer until the product is delivered to the destination

  • Improve, develop services and coordinate with relevant department to

achieve satisfaction for both internal and external customers to

achieve the company 's goals.

Responsibilities & Duties

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints on call and via email, provide appropriate

solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure

resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer

accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures,

guidelines and policies. Take the extra mile to engage customers.

  • Manage eCommerce sales orders (Quotations, check available stock,

Customers' purchase orders) with verifications and follow up with

customers in case of discrepancies.

  • Issuing sales documents such as Delivery notes, Invoices, Return

management for online channels and related sales report

  • Inventory management for marketplaces such as Amazon.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to carry out sales and services to

achieve satisfaction for customers

Collective Responsibilities

  • Liaise with relevant departments to carry out order management and

service efficiently to achieve the specified objectives to give

customers highest satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)

KPIs of Key Responsibilities

  • Customer complaints from internal and external customers
  • Issuing delivery documents and invoices accurately and on time 100%
  • 100% accuracy of keying orders
  • Check available stock for sales in time, inventory management
  • Return management for online channels
  • Achieve performance goals with quantity and quality
  • Follow up on goods and transportation services to deliver goods to

customers as soon as possible.

KPIs of Collective Responsibilities

  • Service both internal and external customers to achieve the objectives

to make the customer's highest satisfaction.

  • Maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers.

Qualifications

Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Management

or related field.

Experience

1-3 years (s) of working experience in the service field.

Ability Good computer skills and Interpersonal skills would be an advantage.
