Location: Remote Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR operations, startup experience mandatory Salary: ₹25,000 per month Responsibilities: Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires. Conduct exit processes, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees. Payroll Management: Handle payroll functions, including processing, calculations, and compliance with the help of a compliance vendor Document Management: Maintain accurate and organized HR records and documents. Appraisal Processes: Assist in the design and implementation of performance appraisal processes. Employee Engagement: Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives. Organize and coordinate team-building activities, both virtual and onsite. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture. Digitization of HR Activities: Drive the digitization of HR systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Remote Work Support: Facilitate remote HR operations effectively, understanding the unique challenges and dynamics of remote work. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, with a focus on startups. Strong understanding of HR processes, from onboarding to exit. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and reliability. Familiarity with HR software and tools. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
