Job Role Develop, maintain and drive internal SOPs and processes for marketing and planning of Thought leadership B2B conferences and events Manage 360 degree marketing and all other facets of B2B events from concept to execution to delivery. Understand and monitor the marketing budget for each project and create effective campaigns accordingly with proper reporting & monitoring Work closely with the Sales team to propose ideas for clients , presentation decks and other collaterals required Thorough understanding of design to work with the design team to create effective and innovative marketing collaterals. A go getter with the ability to motivate and drive cross functional teams Understanding of on ground event execution including event setup, booth setup and other production required for the event Good Understanding of printing and production Partner with peers to develop campaign assets and execute the campaigns- Digital, Design, Email, Content, Video production, Alliance and others Ability to do industry alliances Ensure the brand message and value proposition is consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (campaigns, digital media, and promotional Research and monitor best practice to continuously improve activity. Should be able to do effective market research , competition mapping Maintain a robust and organized campaign calendar Should have leadership quality Good writing skills and communication skills Thorough branding knowledge and understanding of client requirements Understanding of Timelines and deliveries Idea person.Job tags
