Location: Vadodara Gujarat.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Manage operational activities related to open access approvals involving SLDC GETCO GEDA GUVNL and various offices of Discoms.
- Draft submit and follow up on applications/letters with GETCO GEDA GUVNL and other government departments for project and other approvals.
- Ensure timely submission of meter data from site to SLDC to GEDA and followup on energy certification.
- Coordinate with the F&A team for prompt receipt of energy adjustment reports and timely invoice generation.
- Ensure prompt receipt of surplus energy certificates from Discoms invoice generation by F&A and collection against surplus energy invoices.
- Gather market intelligence on developments at Govt of Gujarat GEDA GERC SLDC GETCO Discoms consumers and competitors and assess their potential impact.
- Timely payment of fees to GETCO SLDC and GEDA.
- Maintain cordial healthy ethical relationships with various officials and external stakeholders while upholding the organizations image.
Skills & Competencies:
- Standard of Evaluation:
- Timely energy certification credit and invoicing
- Error less drafting of Various Applications and Letters
- All the valid claims of company are made within 7 days of such becoming leviable.
- Ensuring all outstanding of identified customers are as current and in case of delay shall not be more than 30 days beyond the scheduled due date.
- Followup for various applications/letters with SLDC/GETCO/Discom and report with various officials at these departments
- Cordial and ethical relationship with external stakeholder
- Ensuring that documentation/communication/data both internal and at external stakeholders is clear errorfree. and taking appropriate steps for corrective actions required internally/externally.
