as a Program Manager, your role involves overseeing every aspect of the loyalty program. This includes crafting and upholding a solid loyalty strategy focused on retaining current customers, encouraging repeat purchases, and enhancing overall customer contentment. Collaboration with various teams like marketing, customer service, and product development is crucial to ensure harmony with business goals and brand requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive loyalty program strategy aligned with business goals, customer retention, and engagement objectives. Design and implement innovative and engaging loyalty program initiatives, special promotions, and personalised offers. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling messaging and promotional materials to drive enrolment and participation in the loyalty program. Analyse customer data and insights to identify opportunities for program optimisation, personalisation, and segmentation. Track the effectiveness of the loyalty program, including customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and lifetime value via vital KPIs Monitor program performance continuously, identify trends and patterns, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing new features, enhancements, and technology solutions to improve the loyalty program experience. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in loyalty marketing, and incorporate relevant insights into the loyalty program strategy. Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and third-party providers involved in the loyalty program, including platform providers, data analytics firms, and marketing agencies.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 3-4 years of loyalty program management (CRM) or related roles. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights. Strong understanding of loyalty marketing principles, customer retention strategies, and consumer behaviour. Excellent project management & People skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive projects to completion on time and within budget. Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing analytics tools. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Adapting to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, focusing on continuous learning and improvement.
