Role Description

We are looking for Manager, Team Leader Sales and Telecallers for our organization. These are full-time on-site roles. Major responsibility will be to work on the assigned projects with clients, generating leads, showing properties, closing the deal and handling paperwork.

Requirements

1) Graduate Degree in Business, Marketing & Sales or Communication (Nice to have)

2) Freshers and Experience in outbound calling, real estate sector - all are welcome to apply

3) Gaining complete understanding of assigned real estate project(s)

4) Reaching out to existing and prospective clients (home buyers, commercial shops buyers, investors, individuals of high net worth, leads generated through digital campaigns) to educate them about the project features, benefits & value proposition

5) Responsible for conducting the sales calls to pitch potential clients the assigned Real Estate project(s) and closing the sales

6) Ensuring the sales targets for the assigned projects are met or exceeded on personal as well as team level on month-on-month basis and appropriate revenue is generated

7) Building trust and credibility with the leads, existing or new clients and retaining relationships for future projects through continuous follow-ups

Additional Responsibilities for Managers & Team Leaders

Training, Supervising & Mentoring of sales team on on-going projects, new projects to be taken up by the company and any upcoming projects that the company undertakes

Note

For Manager & Team Leader profile, candidate must be from Real Estate Industry only
