Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives, fostering effective internal communication, and spearheading successful change management efforts. As an HRBP, you will partner closely with business leaders and employees to align HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. You will also be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive internal communication plans, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all channels. Additionally, you will lead change management initiatives, facilitating organizational transitions and mitigating resistance to change.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop and implement strategic HR solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees on all HR-related matters, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Manage the full HR lifecycle for assigned business units, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication across all channels.
  • Facilitate organizational change management initiatives, identifying potential challenges, developing mitigation strategies, and communicating change effectively to employees.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the organization's values and culture.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging HR trends and best practices to ensure that the organization's HR strategies remain effective and aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an HRBP in a corporate or organizational setting.
  • Proven track record of success in partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Strong expertise in internal communication and change management principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans and manage change effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
