Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building and nurturing customer relationships, closing deals, managing sales team, managing sales targets, and maintaining sales records.

Qualifications

• Sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and deal closing skills
• Team management, sales target management, and record-keeping skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to give presentations and negotiate deals
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to motivate and coach a sales team
• Experience in the security technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field

Note: Experience in security technology or security product sales is a plus.
