Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Tour Consultant located in Kolkata metropolitan area. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for conducting guided tours, providing communication and customer service to clients, and offering travel consulting services in the travel and tourism industry.
Qualifications
- Experience in guided tours and travel consulting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Experience working with international clients is a plus
