Job description
In this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of
the organization. You will be responsible for supporting the audit function and managing
the financial reporting and to support decision-making processes. The person plays a
key role in maintaining financial integrity, implementing financial policies, and ensuring
regulatory compliance and accurate reporting of the financial performance of the
company.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assisting in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly standalone and consolidated
financial statements, profit and loss account and cash flow statements under Ind AS,
including all schedules and notes
- Prepare schedules of assets, liabilities, Income, and expenditure to ensure accurate
representation of the financial statements and profit and loss account
- Reconcile debt accounts and ensure accuracy in recording and reporting debt-related
transactions
- Establish robust internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure
compliance with applicable regulations
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure
compliance with accounting standards and timely closure of audits
Experince and Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in finance or master s degree in finance with 3-4 years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial
reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with
cross functional teams
- Proficiency in SAP would be a preferred
- High level of integrity, ethics, and commitment to accuracy.
