Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales & Presales Team for pre-sales activities
- Handling Technical Support Calls & Tickets
- Resolving issues - Remote Access, Phone Support, etc.
- Installation & Configuration of company, MySQL Database, SSL, Linux & Windows Server OS
- Installation & configuration of Security Solutions - MDM, ZTNA
- Performing Migration & Go Live Activities
- Present Demos.
- Handling Presales queries (L1/L2)
Qualification And Requirements Experience: 1-4 years previous Presales experience
Excellent Communication
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Skills & Competencies - Administration of Windows
- Administration of Linux (CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu)
- Network level skills
- Email protocols (SMTP, POP3, IMAP)
- MS SQL Server, MySQL Server (Installation, configuration, fine tune, backup restore, query execution, troubleshooting)
- Experience with ActiveDirectory and LDAP.
- Knowledge on VPN Technologies
- Knoweldge on MDM
- Experience with the administration of Email Messaging & Archiving - M365/Google Workspace/MS Exchange/Lotus Domino/Postmaster/Zimbra/Mdaemon
- Experience in Virtualization (VMWare, HyperV)
- Knowledge in SSL Certificates
- Knowledge of helpdesk/ticketing system (Kayako/Zendesk)
- Technical understanding (Systems, Database, Networks)
- Very Good communications skills - English, written & spoken
- High customer orientation, communication strength, team ability
- Self-initiative / motivation / willingness to learn
