Job description
We are seeking a Sales Account Executive who thrives in a demanding environment. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication skills, be highly motivated, have an ambitious spirit, and a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in IT sales in the staffing/consulting industry is mandatory.
- At least two years of experience in overseas IT sales, focusing on North American IT staffing/consulting, is necessary.
- The candidate must exhibit a combination of account development and management skills.
- The candidate must be able to engage in cold calling and generate innovative ways to establish new business.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills are essential in a fast-paced business environment.
- The candidate must build client relationships through various methods, including the Internet, social media, job portals, and database mining.
- The use of Boolean Logic, x-raying, networking, and referral promotion is mandatory to generate robust sales leads.
- A thorough grasp of employment types (W2/1099/C2C) in the USA is necessary.
- The candidate must have a proven record of managing and achieving targets in past jobs.
- A desire to learn and stay updated with innovative technologies is required.
- The candidate must be comfortable working at high speeds under pressure.
- The candidate must display motivation in learning and staying updated with innovative technologies.
- The candidate must be an ambitious, dynamic initiative-taker with high energy, motivation, and drive for success.
- Proficiency in the use of Internet applications and MS Office is mandatory.
- The candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision, work independently, analyze the market, and work with Prime vendors, VMS, MSP, and end clients.
- Experience in deploying employees on new projects is highly desirable.Â
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain existing and new client relationships.Â
- Generate new clients and repeat business through networking, cold calling, and other proven prospecting methods.Â
- Manage the sales cycle, including presentations, generating proposals, facilitating project status meetings, personnel issues, and maintaining ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Participate in client meetings and have face-to-face client interaction with all levels of stakeholders.
- Consistently exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.Â
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal and Panchkula, Haryana
Working Hours: 7:00 PM IST to 4:00 AM IST
