We have created a customer mobile application and proprietary business rules to enable real-time loan sanction for empowering the consumer to avail loans conveniently. We are looking for strategic partnerships for loan origination.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Branch Manager role located in Kolhapur. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch, including meeting sales targets, managing and training staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, assessing risk, and improving customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager will be the face of the company in the local community and will liaise with external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing a team and meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills to assess risk and manage budgets
- Experience in the finance industry, especially in two-wheeler finance, is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or finance or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Local language proficiency is a plus
