We are seeking an experienced Deputy Project Manager to join our team at DCS Group. As a Deputy Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. The job is located in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, India, and is a full-time position.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Review project progress and provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and audits to ensure project quality and compliance with standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders.
- Support the Project Manager in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members.
