Job Title: Visual Artisan – Graphics Maestro

Department: Creative Services

Location: Hyderabad, India

Position Type: Full-Time

Experience: 4 years+ (Experience in events industry would be a pleasant bonus)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualization and Design:

 Collaborate closely with the Client Servicing and Business Development team to understand client objectives and project requirements.

 Generate innovative 2D design concepts basis the requirements for various event materials including design direction, logos, templates and all event collaterals.

 Understand the event occasion and the end experience of the occasion and design concepts based on that.

 Stay updated on design trends and integrate fresh ideas into the creative process.

2. Brand Adherence:

 Align all designs with the client's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and event relevance.

 Incorporate client feedback and revisions to enhance thematic aspects of the designs.

3. Event Collateral:

 Create visually appealing graphics for event elements including stages, arches, registrations, photo points, standees, digital assets and more, that amplify the essence of each event.

 Collaborate with client facing teams to integrate visual and written elements seamlessly.

4. Print and Digital Expertise:

 Design materials for both print and digital platforms, ensuring adaptability across various mediums.

 Create final files in formats needed by printers to ensure no deviation from colours and placement of designs as seen on screen.

5. Collaboration:

 Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of design elements.

 Provide support to fellow designers and team members as needed.

 Work in tandem with 3D designers to create final events renders.

Requisites:

 Proven experience as a 2D designer, preferably within the events or creative industry.

 Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

 Visually strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

 Aptitude to pass knowledge and skill to team members as needed.
