About The Opportunity  

Netrix Global is seeking a Billing Coordinator  responsible for that requires a high level of organization and multi-tasking. The role is responsible for cash application and client collections for Netrix Products and Services and Delivery of IT solutions through outbound phone calls to corporate A/R departments. 

How You Will Make An Impact  

The duties of the Billing Coordinator are, but not limited to the following:

• Ensure that new customers and new revenue contracts are set up correctly in Netrix's CRM and ERP applications.
• Initiate billing on various product lines.
• Maintain the integrity of customer master data in the ERP and CRM systems.
• Cash application.
• Work with the sales team, and accounting, resolving inconsistencies as needed.
• Maintain the integrity of customer master data in the ERP and CRM systems.
• Enter data into company CRM (Salesforce, Intacct, and Kimble – training will be provided)
• Coordinate with Sales and Engineering to resolve billing collection issues.
• Miscellaneous accounts receivable job duties

What You Will Bring To The Table  

• 2+ years of related experience including sales operations, accounts receivable, and credit & collections. 
• Experience in information technology services is highly desired. 
• Advanced MS Excel 
• Proficient in MS office and data entry; working knowledge of ERP software is a plus
• Comfortable with mathematics and financial data 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Great attention to detail 
• A passion for process definition, documentation, and improvement is highly desired. 
• Ability to multi-task
• Highly math aptitude
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct ERP, Salesforce CRM, and Kimble PSA applications is a plus
