International UK Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a competent Recruitment Consultant to assist our clients in finding the best people to staff their business. You’ll attract candidates, screen them and match them to appropriate positions. Creating recruiting strategies and building relationships are very important duties as well.

Qualifications and Skills

Should have studied in UK or worked in UK in the field of recruitment or health care.
Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
Sales/Customer service skills
Outstanding communication ability
Confident and pleasant personality
Well-organized
Ability to work with targets
Should be able to work against strict deadlines
Candidates who can join immediately would be preferred
Responsibilities and Duties

Take care of the End to End recruitment cycle.
Identify candidates with the right skills to match the UK clients' requirements
Understand the job requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
Negotiate the rates/salary with the candidates.
Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
Coordinate with the candidates for the interview timings and joining formalities.
Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, maintaining & building the candidate database
Effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, and referrals.
Interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submission to meet sharp deadlines of submission for each requisition.
Job Location - Opshore Talent Solutions Pvt Ltd, Carnival, Phase-II, 1st Floor, Infopark SEZ, Kakkanad, Kochi – 682030
Work timing - 9 AM to 6 PM / 1 30 PM to 10 30 PM / 6 30 PM to 3 30 AM India Time, Monday to Friday and 10 AM to 4 PM India time on Saturdays (Second Saturday Holiday).
During night shifts, Cab drop would be provided up to 10 kms radius from office.

Salary: ?15,500.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Job Description

Identify and implement job advertising for temporary vacancies using all mediums available including websites, social media, local press and local networking
Coordinate Interviews with Team Lead
Covering healthcare shifts on daily basis as and when requested by the Employer
Collecting availability of Candidates on daily basis
Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
Handle Documentation and Compliance of healthcare professionals.
Booking shifts with hospitals
Foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients
Willing to work on tight deadlines.
Perform screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
