Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack / Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of web development, system architecture, DevOps practices, and expertise in
MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) technology stack. As a Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions that drive our company's success. Location: Navi Mumbai - On Site - Fulltime (Only apply if you can commute and relocate to site everyday) Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements. Design and develop scalable, robust, and secure web applications using MERN stack. Architect and implement efficient and reusable front-end and back-end systems. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications while optimizing for maximum speed and scalability. Develop and implement best practices for software development, code versioning, and deployment. Participate in architectural discussions, propose solutions, and drive technological advancements. Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions. Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices. Actively contribute to improving development processes and methodologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience (minimum 4 years) as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer. Strong proficiency in web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks/libraries (React.js, Node.js, Express.js). Extensive knowledge of database systems, particularly MongoDB, and experience with schema design, query optimization, and data modeling. Solid understanding of system architecture principles, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs. Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms AWS. Proficiency in writing efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role is a plus.
