Role Description

BudgetTicket.in is looking for a Full-time Travel Consultant - Air Ticketing to join our team in Delhi, India. The primary responsibility of the Travel Consultant is to offer the best travel options to our clients, focusing on air ticketing services. This on-site role will require the individual to have excellent communication skills, multitasking capabilities, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining the quality of work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism Management or related field, or equivalent experience in the travel industry
• Minimum 1 years of experience in air ticketing reservation, preferably working with travel agencies
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Strong experience with travel software, including booking portals, CRS, GDS, and MS Office
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations, and customs policies
• A customer-centric approach, with a dedication to providing the best service to clients
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
• Good time-management and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and tasks at once
