Job description
Total Experience in Kafka : 2+ years hands on experience working on Kafka connect using Schema Registry in a high volume environment
Description :
Good understanding of Streaming message delivery semantics
Development and support of Kafka integrations, including topics, producers, consumers, Schema Registry, Kafka Control Center, KSQL, and streaming applications
Strong skills in In-memory applications, Database Design, Data Integration
Working Knowledge on ELK will be a huge Plus
Ability to debug and analyse issues on complex Kafka Integrations
Ability to Design and Deliver new Functionality as needed.
Good know how on API management.
Spring boot / Core Java experience
Skills in XML, XSD, WSDL, JSON, RESTful, Flat file, CSV message formats, SQL Server and/or DB
WebSphere Integration Bus/MQ
Proactive and a self-starter
Good Problem Solving skills
Experience working on large, mission critical projects
Knowledge on working with Support processes will be a plus
Mission Statement
The mission will consist to manage the deployment and the support of these tools in our factories all around the world
Develop configuration management packages that enable rapid release and scalable deployments
Provide inputs for creation of systems and processes to ensure service levels are met
Coordinate releases with Development and Manage Incidents in conjunction with Support teams
The short term objective is to get the package to deploy it but then quickly ramp up to completely manage it and construct the architecture in collaboration with the Expert team.
We add in this package the deployment of our monitoring tool in factories based on ELK to monitoring all KPI on these tools.
Participate in shift support if needed
