About Position:

An Engineering Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating projects, supervising teams, and researching new products.

They develop strategies, manage budgets, and ensure successful project execution. They work closely with teams and collaborate with other management personnel. Collaborate with Vertical and Horizontal Engineering Partners to lead the account/program to success by meeting/exceeding customer commitments and expectations.

What You'll Do:

Job Responsibilities Delivery and Quality Focus Take full ownership of program (delivery, quality, schedule, resource, risk, communication) as well as client and other stakeholder management. Ensure Project Maturity Index (PMI) rating is high. Conduct periodical design reviews and align business objective with developed solutions. Make innovation an important component of account/business strategy. Ideate create industry solutions / technology accelerators. People Management Handle people management and development responsibilities in terms of performance and skill development. Responsible for mentoring team members in the program and bottom-line responsibility of their work allocation and growth. Customer Centricity and Customer Satisfaction Work closely with customer in understanding business/program goals/requirements and help successfully implement them. Manage customer relationships from initiation (pre-sales) to execution to closure (Go-Live or maintenance). Collaborate with Vertical and Horizontal Engineering Partners to lead the account/program to success by meeting/exceeding customer commitments and expectations. Business: Revenue, Growth Profitability Collaborate with Sales Partners, Engineering Partners provide inputs to formulate strategy and plans for account growth (revenue, profitability, CSAT).Help with overall planning, including pipeline/forecast/delivery from a revenue and staffing standpoint. Drive pre-sales pitches and overall solution offerings. Job Skills/Experience The ideal candidate would have 15+ years experience (incl post-graduation) in Techno-managerial role in Engineering / Delivery Management. Must have experience in stakeholder management and building relationships at VP/SVP levels. Should have led large (multi-million $) programs in complex, multi-vendor scenarios. Must have experience in responding to RFPs and ability to drive proactive proposals. Must be able to work and communicate effectively across internal departments and deliver cross-functional solutions. Must have experience in working closely with teams and clients across geographies. Overall experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) industry vertical is a huge plus. Should have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. CONTROL, Other, GO, Strategy, People Management, Services, Delivery Management, Performance, Stakeholder Management, Sales, Insurance, Account Management.

Span of Control: Individuals who play specific roles in their areas of expertise and are accountable to achieve key operational goals that are in line with the function/unit goals. Line Manager responsibilities included. Recommended Experience: 15+ years (incl post-graduation) Minimum Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MBA Recommended Certifications (if any): PMP Supervisors Job Title: Engineering Partner or equivalent.
