Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client?s software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA?s ensuring client satisfaction

A ServiceNow HRSD developer is a professional who designs, configures, and customizes the ServiceNow platform and the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) application. They also provide end-to-end support and perform testing, change management, release management, and deployment for the implemented solutions. Some of the skills and responsibilities of a ServiceNow HRSD developer are:

\n

� Developing, installing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications and integrations with other programs

\n

� Learning about the latest developments in one or more aspects of computer programming

\n

� Training, documentation, and support for the users and stakeholders of the ServiceNow platform and HRSD application

\n

� Experience in implementing HRSD, especially in large, global transformations.

\n

� Good experience on Knowledge Base (KB), Case Management, custom form, custom workflow, and integration development

\n

� Strong technical knowledge of all ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD

\n

� Good hands on knowledge and experience of JavaScript, XML and XSL stylesheets, web services

\n

� Experience working within Agile delivery methodology.

\n

� Must be ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.

\n

� Candidate must possess excellent oral/written communication skills and a proven ability to present complex, technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences and be able to document requirements and solution modifications.
