Atom is actively seeking a Lead Solution Architect, Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud with specializations in Financial Close and Consolidation (FCCS) and Account Reconciliation (ARCS). Job Duties and Responsibilities: Implementing Oracle’s Cloud Hyperion and Enterprise Performance Management suite of products including ARCS and FCCS. Travel to client location on need basis and perform this job remotely. Drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills including experience with conflict resolution. Unify a group of people with diverse skills and make a functional team. Lead projects and interact with people to drive technical solutions to a successful completion. Effectively influence change and negotiate solutions. Lead others who will be running smaller sub-projects and provide mentorship/coaching to less experienced staff. Lead complex Oracle Cloud EPM implementations that require cross-functional collaboration and management of inter-dependencies between a group of workstreams and systems and/or related within the constraint of scope, quality, time and budget. Work in onsite-offshore models Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required Skills/Experience: Hands-on Experience in Oracle’s Cloud Hyperion and Enterprise Performance Management suite of products including ARCS and FCCS implementation along with a strong functional understanding of these areas. 10+ years of experience as Solution Architect in Oracle Implementations. 5+ years of experience working in Oracle EPM Cloud environments or working with companies that have more than $1B in revenue and international presence. Ability to travel to client location on need basis and perform this job remotely. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Masters in accounting or Finance, CA, CPA, MBA preferred. Experience in implementation of other on-prem modules of Hyperion will be plus. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
