Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive at Pyzaql located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including lead generation, communication, and customer service. The role involves sales to prospective students and working professionals.
Qualifications
- Excellent Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with sales processes, closing deals, and overcoming objections
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A willingness to learn new technologies and techniques
- Previous experience in education or ed-tech sales is a plus.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or relevant field.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyse market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
- Managing all pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned leads.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organisational objectives.
- To understand customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback
