Job description
Validate incoming deal registration information
Prospect name verification and standardization
Validate parent/child relationships with prospect name
Validate that incoming registration is not a duplicate of an existing registration request or opportunity
Verify if deal registration is a new account or existing account. If existing, capture which partner was involved in previous transactions
Manage routing and verify deal reg is in the proper queue for approval, based on sales geography and customer segmentation
Follow-up with sales rep to ensure target response times are met
Convert approved deal registrations to opportunities
Create new customer accounts in salesforce
Salesforce opportunity data integrity and cleanliness
Develop deal registration reports, by status, age, geography, district, sales rep, etc
Escalate issues to in-geo deal reg desk
