Job description
This is a remote position.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced PeopleSoft Consultant with expertise in the Finance module and a strong background in archive and purging. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of PeopleSoft Financials and possess the ability to streamline and optimize financial processes through effective archiving and purging strategies.
Analyze design develop and implement PeopleSoft Financials solutions within the Finance module ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standard.
Lead and facilitate discussions with business stakeholders to gather requirements conduct gap analysis and propose innovative solutions for the archiving and purging of financial data.
Develop and configure archival and purging methodologies to minimize data storage costs optimize system performance and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers business analysts and system administrators to successfully deploy and maintain the archiving and purging solutions.
Perform thorough testing of archival and purging processes both in development and production environments to ensure accurate and reliable results. Provide guidance and support to endusers in utilizing the archiving and purging functionalities troubleshooting issues and resolving any systemrelated problems.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in PeopleSoft technology and continuously expand knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials and related modules for improved system utilization. Document configuration processes and procedures related to archival and purging while ensuring compliance with internal documentation standards.
Solid understanding of the PeopleSoft Financials application including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable and Cash Management. Proven experience in designing and implementing archive and purging strategies within a PeopleSoft environment with a strong emphasis on financerelated data.
Familiarity with industry best practices for data archiving and purging ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
