Role Description
Design and architect Identity and access management solutions that meet security and compliance standards. Evaluate and select IAM technologies and Physical access management systems tools.

Your key responsibilities
User Identity Management:
- Manage user identities, roles, and permissions.
- Should have good knowledge of SQL and report creation
- Provision and deprovision user accounts efficiently and securely.
- Implement single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions.
Access Control:
- Define and enforce access policies and permissions.
- Monitor and audit user access to resources.
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) mechanisms.
- Good to have integration knowledge IT and OT application
IAM Integration:
- Integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless IAM or PIAM integration.
Security Compliance:
- Ensure IAM practices comply with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST).
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits.
Incident Response:
- Investigate and respond to security incidents related to IAM.
- Implement necessary changes to prevent future incidents.
Documentation and Training:
- Maintain clear documentation of IAM processes and configurations.
- Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on security best practices.
IAM Automation:
- Implement automation scripts and tools to streamline IAM processes.
- Well verse in any of the scripting/programming language, preferably python and dotnet
- Continuously improve IAM operations through automation.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience as an IAM Engineer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM technologies, such as Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Familiarity with IAM solutions like Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, or similar.
- Strong understanding of security principles and practices.
- Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
