- To lead sales, production & operations to achieve the targets decided.
- Promote B2B clients and set up a B2C sales team.
- Generate new leads through field sales team.
- Develop offline and online marketing strategy to expand business.
- Planning, evaluating and optimizing sales targets to be efficient and cost effective.
- To manage operations and achieve higher productivity.
- To manage food safety and hygiene standards.
- Prepare and present analyses and reports of sales performance and revenue.
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Background in sales.
- MBA or M.Com preferred.
- 5 to 8 years in managerial role.
- Experience in FMCG / HORECA preferred.
