Cloud Architect Job Description.Skills Required:Solution Architect experience with multi cloud environment, preferring Azure, AWS and OCICloud advisory services, due diligence and cloud recommendation approach, create cloud road map and migration strategies.Expertise in Cloud Native and 3rd Party Tools including Cloud Migration, Platform Management, FinOps and SecOps services.Create HLD, LLD, design move groups, create cloud migration planningConduct assessment workshops with end usersSolution, design and implementation of Landing zones, design solutions to integration cloud adaption framework with customer / 3rd part designs3rd part tools integration, design architecture and blue printingStrong understanding of data center technologies Ability to analyze and understand application dependenciesExpertise in cloud transformation, cloud native service development, transition and workload managementStrong in automation via DevOps, OpsRamp, Terraform, Ansible, Python on similar toolsStrong in Azure ARM, JSON, Infrastructure as a code or equivalent components in AWS / OCI as per specializationStrong knowledge of Azure / AWS / OCI (or relevant cloud platform) servicesAbility to consult and guide on technical complexities.Site Reliability Engineering.oRegularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements.oEnsure consistent and policy compliant orchestration of cloud infrastructure including base environments, application stacks, virtual servers, containersSetting up DR, High Availability & ResilienceDesign and setup Monitoring tasks within the cloud structureCreating and maintaining documentationSupporting the implementation of security standardsCommunicating with clients to understand their needsOffer guidance in infrastructure movement techniques, including bulk application transfers into the cloudIdentify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the needs of the organization and customer.Lead the organization through cloud adoption and establish best practicesVet and select cloud providers and third-party servicesGood written and verbal communication skillAzure Solution Architect / AWS / OCI Certification preferredUnderstanding of solutioning standards and processesUnderstanding of pre sales processes and stages involvedAbility to provide technical leadership.Key Responsibilities:Understanding the gaps and pain points for the Accounts and Countrys from People, Process and Technology perspective and propose solutions accordingly.Technical Consultant for the NWE region for any Country to approach for help & consultation.Conducting Assessment/Audit for WE accounts pro-actively/reactively in terms of people/process and technologyConsulting Regional sales/pre-sales spocs on technical solutions/offerings A thorough study from an Overall Architecture perspective to be done and changes would be proposed to make customer happy and enhancing the business.To understand from the Country SPOCs about any technical and Business requirement from any of the customers.To enable the Country SPOCs to upsell these requirements to enhance the RevenueBiweekly Governance with the Region Portfolio team to understand the technical offerings and other technology updates which can help the Countries.Responsible for trainings, upskilling, certifications, and career development for the Top TalentJob tags
