Job description

You will be working with the in-house design and marketing team on the following:
- Interact with customers via telephone and chat, building genuine rapport and understanding their Jewelry preferences and requirements.
- Conduct detailed consultations to recommend suitable jewelry design products that align with the customer's style and requirements.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Aurus and MOI offerings
- Craft compelling sales pitches that showcase the luxury of Aurus and MOI products, emphasizing quality, design, and value.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Guide customers through the ordering process and collaborate with the order processing team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Gather customer feedback and insights regarding products sharing valuable input with the product development and marketing teams.
- Stay up-to-date with jewelry industry trends and fashion influences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Retail or a related field is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using telephony and chat platforms, as well as CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Fashion-forward mindset with an understanding of style trends and personal styling techniques.
- Ability to adapt to evolving sales strategies and customer preferences.
- Customer-centric attitude, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
