Job description
Physician is a medical doctor who is responsible for providing primary and/or specialized medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive healthcare.
Conduct medical examinations, including reviewing patient medical histories, performing physical exams, and ordering and interpreting medical tests and diagnostic imaging.
Provide ongoing medical care to patients, including monitoring their conditions, adjusting treatment plans, and providing follow-up care as needed.Maintain accurate and complete medical records for all patients, including diagnoses, treatment plans, and medications prescribed.
