Job Overview
We are hiring an Accountant to join our team at DCS Group. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for handling financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and preparing financial reports. This role is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We are looking for a fresh graduate with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in numerical calculations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Handle tax preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and annual audits.
- Generate financial analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and efficiency.
- Utilize accounting software and tools to perform tasks effectively.
