Key Responsibilities:
- Identity Governance: Execute and enhance identity governance practices to ensure the security and compliance of user identities and access across the organization.
- Technology Proficiency: Leverage your technology skills to manage, review and aid in effective management of our identity governance tools.
- Microsoft Tooling: Utilize Microsoft Azure AD, Active Directory, and related tools to manage user identities and access permissions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of identity governance policies, procedures, and access controls.
- Analytics and Reporting: Employ analytics and reporting capabilities to identify and mitigate security risks, vulnerabilities, and compliance gaps.
- Incident Response: Assist in cybersecurity incident response activities related to identity and access management.
- Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to communicate identity governance policies and best practices effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, or relevant certification or experience.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on identity governance.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Azure AD, Active Directory, and related technologies.
- Knowledge of governance practices, including access control, user provisioning, and compliance.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with cloud security, SaaS applications, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
