Role Summary & Objective:The Analytics Specialist is a key role within our client’s performance studio team. The role focuses on supporting the Director of Performance to enhance our client’s analytics proposition. You will set up and use Analytics tools to investigate customer journey and behaviour.Role & Responsibilities:Hands-on implementation of clients’ analytics accounts, including properties, user management, dashboards, and reportingBe the “source of truth”.Analyse data from multiple sources using Data Analytics toolsAssist in monitoring and implementing analytic and marketing tagsAnalyse and report on test results, communicating actionable insights to clientsWorking collaboratively with the other departments ensures a collaborative, complementary approach between the different services.GA4:Understand the interface & key featuresAdvanced tracking (events, engagement, custom dimensions)Create easily and quickly custom reports, dashboards, segmentsGoogle Tag Manager:Set up and configure GTM containersDeploy GA4 tracking tags and conversion pixelsCreate and manage triggers, variables, tagsTrack user interactions and events accuratelyDebugging tools and best practicesLooker Studio:Create and customise easily and quickly dashboards, reports, visualisationsProblem-Solving:Troubleshoot tracking issues, discrepancies, data inconsistencies across platforms
