Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Catering Supervisor located in Mumbai. The Catering Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily food preparation and service operations, ensuring hygiene standards are maintained, and supervising staff.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Food Preparation knowledge
• Expertise in Hygiene standards and regulations
• Food Service experience and knowledge
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Experience in catering and banquet operations, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Salary : ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
