8-10 years of experience in a large enterprise Datacenter environment Excellent knowledge in managing virtual and physical servers with Windows Server 2008 2019 operating systems. Excellent knowledge in managing the physical and virtual environment (VMware). Experience in Citrix environment., Storefront, VDA, MCS, PVS and UPM. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, face to face, on the telephone and in writing. Ability to create scripts in Batch, PowerShell, and similar languages. Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required. Excellent written and verbal communication. Good knowledge in creating scripts to monitor systems, diagnostics, resolve issues, and automate routine tasks. Excellent understanding of Infrastructure monitoring analysis & monitoring of Server infrastructure. Should recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware upgrades, patches and reconfigurations. Experience in voicemail administration tasks Co-Ordinate with Service providers, third parties to fix the issues. Good communication skill Able to execute any kind of Windows,Vmware installation, consolidation or hardware refresh and migration work, ability to perform impact analysis to carry out the required migration or consolidation work

Good-to-Have Data Network, Routing,Switching,Firewall and Load balancers support and management Azure networking (1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
