Job description
This position will spearhead the marketing strategy for strategic eCommerce accounts - strengthening the Colgate & Palmolive brands on the eCommerce channel by planning and executing the right interventions in the shopper journey(s)
What would be the responsibilities for this role
1. Performance
- Own all media investments - including Search / Merchandising / Display for the given platforms across all brands
- Implement strong media ROI/RoAS metrics that tie in with category goals and account strategy
- Generate meta learnings via continuous experiments & T&Ls
- Maximize platform Bz. while continuously optimizing spends
- Build focus brands / NPIs by ensuring the right media mix / investments to get the flywheel moving
2. Content
- Implement cutting edge and engaging A+ content for all key brands/ focus categories to improve shopper conversion across platforms
- Constantly experiment, learn and improve all forms of online content (images, description, product title, reviews and ratings) to improve organic search
- Deploy solutions across paid, earned and shared media to ensure growth of Colgate brands
- Create the playbook for new launches and events by driving both performance and content specific to each account
3. Account Ownership
- Jointly own the Platform Bz. with KAMs
- Actively participate in the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process for relevant accounts and own the right KPIs to ensure strong Bz. growth
- Develop strong partnerships with platforms to unlock growth opportunities for our key brands
- Liaise with internal stakeholders - Brand / Finance / Supply chain etc to ensure smooth working and execution
4. Continuous upskilling
- Be apprised with latest happenings in the eCommerce industry - Be ahead of the curve always
- Understand the platforms and be up to date with evolving store formats (Assets/UI/UX changes etc) and interventions
- Be up to date with latest tools and technologies available in the market to maximize performance
