Job Description: Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events. Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system. Strong interest in the IT industry and understanding of IT roles and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
