Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
• Oversee all projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
• Act as a bridge between clients and the internal team, gathering project requirements and effectively communicating them to the team.
2. Client Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Address client queries and concerns promptly.
• Work closely with clients to understand their digital marketing needs.
3. Technical Knowledge:
• Possess basic knowledge of website development, SEO, SEM, and Adwords.
• Familiarity with website creation technologies and trends.
4. Creativity:
• Understand the basics of creating engaging content and possess knowledge of creative softwares.
5. Social Media Management:
• Manage the social media presence of clients.
• Develop and implement social media strategies in line with client objectives.
6. Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and supervise team members.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Ensure harmony among team members.
7. Recruitment:
• Responsible for the recruitment of new team members.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to build a skilled and motivated team.
8. Flexibility:
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to meet project demands and deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in project and client management.
• Basic knowledge of website development, SEO, SEM, and Adwords.
• Familiarity with creative software such as Photoshop, Canva, etc.
