Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal

candidate will play a key role in Owning the Pres sales solution for the B2B (Saas) Vertical of

Woovly by providing technical expertise, understanding customer needs, and delivering

compelling product demonstrations. The Pre-sales Specialist will be responsible for articulating

the technical features and benefits of our products and services to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

● Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.

● Stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Customer Understanding:

● Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and

challenges.

● Conduct needs analysis to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.

Product Demonstrations:

● Conduct engaging and effective product demonstrations for potential clients.

● Showcase product features and capabilities that address customer pain points.

Proposal Development:

● Own the preparation of proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.

● Customize solutions based on client requirements.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

● Work closely with sales representatives to strategize on client engagement.

● Accompany sales team to client meetings to provide Product Demonstrations

Technical Support:

● Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and issue

resolution.

● Ensure successful implementation of products and services.

Continuous Learning:

● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging

technologies.

● Share knowledge with the team and contribute to continuous improvement.

Communication Skills:

● Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and

non-technical audiences.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product

development.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration, Management or related field

● Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role in a b2b Saas space

● Strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly understand and articulate complex

concepts.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Customer-focused with a strong problem-solving mindset.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
