Job Description:
- Proven work experience in similar roles.
- Long term approach to work with the organisation
- Knowledge of MS Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
- Good in letter writing & verbal & written communication skills.
- Typing Speed : Minimum 40/45 words per minute
- Proficient in Internet / Google
- Good Negotiation Skills
- 60% or above in Maths
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities :
- Maintain director's appointment
- Schedule meetings. Take notes Remind director's of Important dates, meetings, tasks, deadlines.
- Maintain Travel itinerary : Maintain Calendars, Contact, emails
- Maintain internal & external correspondences, memo, emails, presentations, reports.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
- Oversee & monitor the work / performance of office staffs
- JD preparation for vacancies, co-ordination with consultancies.
- Resume screening, short listing : Training of junior staffs
